Fleur Du Male By Jean Paul Gaultier For Men Reviews: Fleur du Male challenges what a “men’s” fragrance can be. It’s soapy and green, but unlike a lot of other male scents, it’s distinctly floral. Not feminine, but miles away from the citrus/fresh scents that dominate the men’s market. Aqua di Gio this is not. I find it familiar, warm and comforting, like a summer afternoon in the garden.

Imagine a softer Gaultier Le Male, without the spicy nighttime notes. The powdery drydown is especially memorable, almost haunting. It’s unlike anything else on the market, and takes a lot of confidence to wear. If you’re looking for something unique, I can’t recommend it enough.

Style: Fresh. Sensual. Gourmand.

Freshness. Poetry. Smiles. 100 percent masculine style. The newest scent from Jean Paul Gaultier blends orange blossom and coumarin for an innocent and sensual scent that is full of contrasts. It’s a fragrance that is fresh and smiling; poetic and endearing; sensual and gourmand - 100 percent Gaultier.

Jean Paul Gaultier launches the next chapter in his fragrance story with Fleur Du Male. The fragrance is daring, elegant and contemporary combined classic Gaultier as the iconic Le Male torso bottle, this time stripped back bare and white hot. The fragrance features notes of orange blossom, petitgrain and fragrant coumarin and evokes memories of traditional colognes from a bygone era when boys would be boys.

Cologne is the little black dress of perfumes. It’s a basic, it’s a classic, it will suit you forever and every girl should have at least one in a fragrance collection.

This scent is a refreshing antidote to the simpering, cloying and cynically commercial fruity florals now clogging up perfume counters. With its zesty, citric top notes, it is as refreshingly crisp as a newly laundered white shirt, making it an ideal splash or coolant in summer. Its dilute concentration makes it as subtle, translucent and evanescent as chiffon to wear.
