Calgon By Coty For Women Review: If you’re lookin g for an inexpensive, warm and energizing scent, HAWAIIAN GINGER is perfect. It’s more sophisticated and richer than a body mist, but definitely not in the same league as other “EDP.”
The top note is crystallized ginger while the bottom one is melon. Both notes are very pleasant and not artificial or cloying. It’s a treat for anyone who doesn’t like heavy floral or musky scents. DISCLAIMER: My favorite “perfumes” are 1 notes (angel food cake and citrus) and children’s (Mickey Mouse), so I have juvenile tastes. HAWAIIAN GINGER is far from juvenile though. It falls somewhere between teenybop and middle aged librarian.
