Cosmetics are an essential part of women’s daily beauty regimes but sale of low quality makeup items and shampoos, soaps and perfumes by vendors on pushcarts in crowded bazaars is leaving harmful effects on skin and hair.
Not only shampoos but also many kinds of unbranded face powders, creams, perfumes, lipsticks and nail polishes are being prepared in Ganjmandi, Dhoke Hassu, Pirwadhai, Dhoke Mangtal, Dhoke Elahi Bakhsh, Tench Bhata, Rawat and some other localities, sources told ‘The News’ on Sunday.
